Refund Policy

This policy explains how credits, subscriptions, failed renders, and refunds work on RapVideo.ai (the "Service"), available at www.rapvideosai.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

In short. Failed renders are never charged. Unused credits from a credit pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; used credits cannot. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, and a subscription charge can be refunded within 7 days if none of that period's credits were used.

1. Credits and Video Pricing

RapVideo sells one-time credit packs and subscriptions. Each render costs credits based on the model, resolution, and length you choose. Aspect ratio does not change the price.

The exact credit cost is shown before you start a render, and that displayed cost is the one charged. Current pack prices, plan prices, and included credits are listed on our pricing page.

Credit costs may change. Changing a price never changes credits you already bought.

2. Credit Packs

Pack credits never expire and remain in your balance until used.

Promotional or welcome credits that we grant at our discretion may expire, are not refundable for cash, and may be withdrawn if we detect abuse.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.

Subscription credits are valid for the current billing period only. Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid month; yearly credits expire at the end of the paid year. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.

Pack credits and subscription credits share one balance. When you render, the credits that expire soonest are used first.

4. Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Canceling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active, with its credits, until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, no further charges are made and the plan ends.

We do not give prorated refunds for partial periods, except where this policy or mandatory law says otherwise.

5. Failed Renders

If a render fails, you are not charged. Any prepaid credits return to your balance automatically. A render fails when:

• the provider returns an error;
• an automated safety filter refuses the input;
• the render times out;
• the finished video is withheld by our safety checks.

This applies to pack credits and subscription credits alike, and you do not need to open a ticket.

A render that completes successfully but that you do not like is not a failed render.

6. Refunds on Credit Packs

• A pack that is entirely unused may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
• A partially used pack may be refunded within the same 7 days for the unused credits, valued at that pack's per-credit price.
• After 7 days, and for credits already used to render or unlock a video, purchases are final.

7. Refunds on Subscriptions

• First payment. May be refunded in full within 7 days of the charge if no subscription credits from that payment were used.
• Renewals. A renewal charge may be refunded within 7 days of that charge only if none of that period's credits were used.
• Otherwise. Subscription charges are final, and partial periods are not refunded pro rata. You can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

8. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, open a support ticket within 30 days with the order number. We will correct a verified error promptly.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Most issues are resolved within 5 business days. Fraudulent chargebacks, meaning disputes for credits you used, may lead to account suspension.

10. How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket from your account menu (Settings → Support tickets), or email support@rapvideosai.com. Include the order number and the reason for the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We may ask for information needed to verify the purchase.

11. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal right that mandatory consumer law grants you in your country of residence.
