Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RapVideo.ai (the "Service"), available at www.rapvideosai.com. By creating an account, buying credits, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

In short. Use your own photos, or photos you have permission to use. Never upload a minor without guardian consent, and never use the Service to impersonate or harass anyone. Credits are required to render; failed renders are never charged. Do not abuse the Service, and you are responsible for how you share the videos you make.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

You accept these Terms when you create an account, access the Service, or buy credits. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

RapVideo.ai turns photos into short AI rap videos. You upload one photo per person, for one or two people, or a single photo showing both. You then choose a stage, an occasion, a model, a resolution, a duration, and an aspect ratio, and you may enter a short topic for the lyrics. API Mart, our AI video provider, renders a short video of the people rapping, with AI-generated vocals and beat.

Each render costs credits based on the model, resolution, and length you choose. The exact credit cost is shown before you start a render. Current pack prices, plan prices, and included credits are listed on our pricing page.

Your files are stored in cloud object storage.

Automated safety checks review the lyric topic, the photos, and the finished video. Flagged inputs are stopped before you are charged. If a render fails or is withheld by a safety check, its credits return to your balance, as described in the Refund Policy.

We may add, change, or remove features, stages, models, and providers at any time. If a change materially reduces the Service you have paid for, we will give reasonable notice where practical.

3. Accounts

• You can sign in with email or Google.
• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live, to use the Service.
• Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, evade a suspension, or abuse promotions.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Photos, Likeness, and Permissions

This section matters most. By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• the photo shows you, or a person who has given you permission to use their likeness in this way;
• you will not upload a photo of a minor without the consent of a parent or guardian;
• you will not use photos of public figures or celebrities to impersonate them;
• the resulting video will not be sexual, hateful, harassing, or defamatory, and will not be used to deceive anyone, for example by presenting it as real footage of a real person saying something they never said.

You are responsible for how you share the videos you create. We may refuse to render, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund of used credits.

5. Credits, Pricing, and Payment

Credits

The Service is paid for with credits, bought in one-time packs or received through a subscription. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except as described in the Refund Policy.

We may grant welcome or promotional credits at our discretion. They may expire, are not refundable for cash, and may be withdrawn if we detect abuse.

Prices and offers

Prices and offers may change, and different visitors may be shown different offers, for example during a test. The price shown at checkout applies to your purchase. Changing a price never changes credits you already bought.

Credit packs (one-time)

Credit packs and their prices are listed on our pricing page. Pack credits never expire.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans, their prices, and the credits included in each period are listed on our pricing page. The full year's credits are granted at the start of the billing year.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscription credits are valid for the current billing period only. Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid month; yearly credits expire at the end of the paid year. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.

Pack credits and subscription credits share one balance. When you render, the credits that expire soonest are used first.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Canceling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active, with its credits, until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, no further charges are made and the plan ends. We do not give prorated refunds for partial periods, except as described in the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

In addition to Section 4, you agree not to use the Service to:

• create sexual content, or any content sexualizing a minor or anyone who appears to be a minor, absolutely and without exception;
• infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any party;
• create content that is illegal where you live or where we operate, promotes violence or self-harm, or constitutes harassment, hate, or fraud;
• impersonate a real person in a misleading way;
• probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its providers;
• circumvent safety filters, rate limits, or payment requirements;
• resell or redistribute the Service itself, as distinct from the videos you create with it.

8. Your Content and Generated Videos

Your uploads remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your uploads, and to send them to our AI video provider, solely to operate the Service and render your videos. We do not use your uploads to train our own models.

Generated videos are AI-generated, including the lyrics, vocals, and beat. Subject to these Terms and to third-party rights, including the rights of the people depicted, we grant you a license to use your unlocked videos for personal and commercial purposes. You do not need to credit RapVideo.

AI models can produce similar outputs for different users. We cannot guarantee uniqueness, and you are responsible for checking that your use does not infringe third-party rights.

You can request deletion of your photos and videos at any time through a support ticket.

9. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, rendering speed, or that any given stage, model, or provider remains offered. Maintenance, provider outages, and capacity limits may delay or prevent a render. A render that fails for these reasons is not charged.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time through a support ticket. If you have an active subscription, cancel it from Settings → Billing to stop future renewals.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or create risk for the Service, other users, or people depicted in content.

Sections 4, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will announce it in the product before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
