Higgsfield Hotel Lobby: How It Works, a Simpler Way
How creators make the Hotel Lobby video in Higgsfield Genjutsu, what each method takes, and a two-photo route that skips the setup.
Higgsfield can produce a Hotel Lobby video. It is a model playground, so you build the effect yourself: rebuild a community template inside Genjutsu, or transfer the motion from the original clip onto a photo. RapReel takes two photos and returns the finished video. One is a workshop. The other is a button.
What's new on this page
- 29 October 2026: first published.
- The workflow below follows what creators described in their own tutorials in late September and early October 2026. It is not official Higgsfield documentation, and the interface changes.
How people make the Hotel Lobby video on Higgsfield
Two methods come up again and again in creator tutorials. Both live in the Genjutsu tab.
-
Recreate a community template.
- Sign in to Higgsfield. Some tutorials mention that Genjutsu needs a paid Pro account, so check the current plan page before you start.
- Open Genjutsu and browse the community video library for a Hotel Lobby clip.
- Press Recreate, then replace the reference photos with your own.
- Keep the prompt that ships with the template and generate.
-
Transfer the motion from the original clip.
- Choose the Motion Transfer model in Genjutsu.
- Upload the original A COLORS SHOW performance as the video reference.
- Upload your photo and generate.
Either way, the output follows the original clip: the moves, the framing, the timing. Faces are recast. The copyrighted recording stays in the result.
What that involves
Four things slow people down.
- Template hunting. Community templates come and go. The one in a tutorial may be gone, private or renamed by the time you look.
- One face at a time. Most tutorials recast a single face per render. A two-person scene means two passes, or a template that already has both faces.
- Mute risk. The original recording stays in the output. Platforms that flag copyrighted audio can mute the post or take it down, and that risk travels with the video.
- An account and a plan first. Higgsfield is credit-based. The cost per video depends on the model and the length, so the first render usually arrives after a sign-up and a purchase.
None of this makes Higgsfield a bad tool. It is a flexible one. Flexibility is the cost.
The simpler way: two photos, one tap
RapReel is built for this single job, so the stage, the moves and the song are already set.
Upload one photo of each person, or one photo with both of you. Add an optional line about the two of you, up to 120 characters. Press create. The render takes up to about five minutes, and the tab can be closed while it runs. The result is a vertical MP4 with no watermark, kept in My videos.
You choose the sound: the Hotel Lobby track, your own 2 to 15 second verse, or a rap the AI writes from your topic. A video that fails to render is never charged. Credits start at $6.99 for 10, which covers one 12-second 720p video, and pack credits never expire.
Which one should you use?
| You want | Use |
|---|---|
| Your face on the exact original performance, frame for frame | Higgsfield, motion transfer |
| Full control over models, references and prompts | Higgsfield |
| Two people in the same video, trading verses | RapReel |
| Lyrics written about the two of you and the occasion | RapReel |
| A video no platform can mute for the song | RapReel, with an AI-written rap or your own song |
Before you post
Get consent from everyone in the photos. Do not use photos of celebrities or public figures. Takeoff died in November 2022, and fans have mixed feelings about the trend, so make a video of yourself rather than an impression of the original artists. Render vertical and post to TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
